The Alpaca Kerosene Cook Stove is portable, compact and highly efficient. Designed for outdoor use, it brings water to a boil fast and is fully adjustable for lower heat settings when desired. The Alpaca burns almost 16 hours on a tank of fuel and is three times more efficient than typical camping stoves. Its fuel gauge tells you just where the fuel level is at a glance. The Alpaca stove also burns lamp fuel or paraffin oil (other names for purified kerosene), and fuel with citronella for insect control is fine, as well.

Unlike cheaply-made Chinese "butterfly stove" examples, the Alpaca stove is well made by a South Korean company in business since 1968, which specializes in kerosene appliances and clearly takes pride in the quality of their product.
