Wood pellets light easily, burn efficiently and produce very little ash. Cooking with wood pellets imparts a pleasant wood-fired flavor to your food. Pellets measure 1/4" diameter by 1" long. A single bag of pellets provide 8-12 hours of continuous fuel. Ooni's American Oak pellets are food safe and suitable for use in Ooni pizza ovens as well as other pellet grills and grills.
