A strong .3 HP motor and large stainless steel screen (6.75" to tip), along with generous sized hopper, will make fast work of your tomatoes with no hand cranking. Peelings and seeds come out the end of the tomato strainer; tomato meat and juices flow through the perforated stainless steel outer tube and down the plastic chute. Hopper measures 4" x 9", with 2" diameter throat. Worm gear and motor housing are heavy duty cast iron construction with hot tinned surface. Strainer disassembles quickly for easy cleanup.
