If it's your belief that the top is the entire reason for a muffin's existence, this pan was made for you — all muffin top with no muffin bottom. Holes flare from 3.5" to 4.1" with depth of 0.3". Includes recipe. Nonstick surface. This pan also works wonderfully for making perfectly shaped hamburger buns. 6 wells accommodate about 1/3 cup batter each.

Before use, wash with warm soapy water. Sharp-edged utensils and knives should not be used on nonstick surfaces. Avoid using scouring pads and abrasive cleaners. Usually a soft sponge or a kitchen brush will remove baked-on food particles. Sometimes it may be necessary to scrub lightly. Dry thoroughly before storing. This product is dishwasher safe, however hand washing is recommended to extend product life. Do not use dishwasher detergent tablets/capsules. The concentrated cleaners will damage the nonstick finish on bakeware. This pan is oven safe to 500˚F/260˚C. It is not intended to be used under the broiler.
